Hi, I'm Kathy, the founder of Soul Flight Coach and a Certified Yoga Therapist (C-IAYT) since 2016. After a fulfilling career in healthcare leadership and human resources, I've had the privilege of supporting individuals during some of life's most challenging moments. Observing the impact of stress, loss, change, and daily demands inspired me to delve into the transformative connection between the mind and body, which ultimately led me to the path of Yoga Therapy.
At Soul Flight Coach, I facilitate personal growth and life transformation by helping people reduce stress and reconnect with themselves through mindful movement, breathwork, meditation, and evidence-informed Yoga Therapy. My approach is rooted in compassion, curiosity, and practical tools that foster self-discovery and lasting well-being.
